If the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving your item(s), for any reason and without a justification. To initiate a return, you must notify us within this 14-day period. Once we receive your return notification, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.

Important Notes:

• Returns without prior notification will not be accepted or processed.
• The product must be unused and, if applicable, in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• After you notify us of your intent to return, we will provide you with the address to send the product back to.
• We recommend returning the product with tracking so we have a delivery confirmation. Returns without tracking are at your own risk.

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days.
