European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving your item(s), for any reason and without a justification. Once we receive your return notification, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Non-EU customers

For customers from outside of the EU, we currently do not accept returns.

Return procedures

To start a return, you can contact us at info@strps.watch. Please note that the return address will be confirmed with you directly after the request, as we have multiple locations. Once we have accepted your return, you can ship the item back to us.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend returning the product with tracking so we have a delivery confirmation. Returns without tracking are at your own risk.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges / partial returns

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

A consumer might want to cancel just part of a contract, for example, by returning only one or some of the goods purchased together. While the law doesn’t explicitly grant this right, it also doesn’t prevent the consumer and trader from agreeing to a partial return. For instance, if an order includes several items, some at full price and others as free promotional products, the trader is not obliged to accept the return of only the full-price items while allowing the consumer to keep the promotional ones.

Additionally, if the original order qualified for free shipping (e.g. by exceeding €49), but a partial return brings the total below that threshold, STRPS reserves the right to charge shipping costs for the original order, as the contract has been edited, in accordance with our shipping policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Any shipping costs charged will also be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refunded if you return only part of your order.

Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@strps.watch.
