You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to return it, without needing to provide any reason. To initiate a return, you must notify us within this 14-day period. Once we receive your return notification, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.

• The product must be unused and, if applicable, in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns without prior notification will not be accepted or processed.
• After you notify us of your intent to return, we will provide you with the address to send the product back to.

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
